Light mode is here: choose Light, Dark, or match your system
Open the account menu in the bottom-left corner and use the new Theme control to switch between Light, Dark, and System (which follows your device setting live). Your choice is saved to your account, so it follows you across browsers and devices. Dark stays the default, and every chart, table, and score gauge adapts.
NewAnswer Engine Insights
Sentiment Themes: the why behind your sentiment score
The Sentiment tab now groups your brand mentions into named themes, like praised for easy setup or pricing seen as confusing, with verbatim quotes from the AI answers behind each one. Themes refresh weekly from your existing scans, and you can re-analyze on demand.
NewPlatform
Public roadmap: see what we're building next
The roadmap is now public. Planned means committed, ideas are honestly labeled as under consideration, and recently shipped items pull straight from this changelog. Early users steer the list: email hello@ai-advisors.ai to reorder it.

Lifetime accounts: hitting a limit now points to code stacking
When an AppSumo lifetime account hits a plan limit, the app now says the honest fix: cap warnings offer a Redeem code button that goes straight to code stacking instead of the monthly upgrade page. The Schedule page also shows the bi-weekly prompt run cadence lifetime plans use.
NewAnswer Engine Insights
Tag prompts on import, then filter the Prompt Designer by tag
Bulk imports now carry tags: add tags to a pasted list, apply tags to a whole CSV batch on the preview step, or map a CSV tags column for per-row tags. A new Tags filter on the Prompt Designer narrows the table to any combination, so a freshly imported batch is one click away.
NewPlatform
AppSumo lifetime plans: code redemption and stacking
Redeem an AppSumo code for lifetime access, and stack up to 5 codes to raise every limit. Two stacked codes unlock GA4 AI-traffic analytics, three unlock MCP access. Lifetime accounts run all four AI engines and include the ChatGPT Ads toolkit.

Official MCP mark on the MCP access card
The Settings card for MCP access now carries the official MCP logo, so it is easier to spot where AI assistants connect to your workspace.
NewAI Ads
Converter: sign in with Google to import campaigns live
The Google Ads to ChatGPT Ads converter now imports your real campaigns and keywords through Google sign-in, with account switching for people who manage more than one Ads account.
ImprovementAI Ads
A clearer converter walkthrough
New landing hero, plain-English How-it-works steps, side-by-side plan cards during onboarding, and a page header that matches the rest of the app.
ImprovementPlatform
A consistency and polish pass across the whole product
We audited every module and swept ~50 screens for consistency: a clear + or - sign on every metric delta, one unified color scale for scores, more readable charts, and higher-contrast buttons. Billing also picks up a clear past-due payment banner plus safer handling of plan changes and trials, and a few finished tools that were hard to find now live where you'd expect them - Search Shift is its own Answer Engine Insights tab. Rounded out with behind-the-scenes security and reliability hardening.
NewPlatform
Ask your Advisor in plain language, and connect AI-Advisors to your AI tools
Every module's Advisor is now conversational: ask a question and it answers from your own data, showing you which sources it looked at as it works. Admins can also generate an access token in Settings, Integrations to connect your AI-Advisors data to assistants like Claude and Cursor over MCP, so you can query your visibility, citations, audits, and traffic from the tools you already use. MCP access is available on the Growth plan and above.
NewAnswer Engine Insights
Brand accuracy alerts: catch AI answers that get your facts wrong
AI engines sometimes tell buyers things about you that aren't true - an old price, a feature you don't have, a blog post you never wrote. Each week we now judge the answers that mention your brand against your live site and flag any claim that contradicts it or can't be verified, on the Answer Engine Insights Sentiment tab and at the top of your Insights Advisor. Accurate claims are never flagged, so what surfaces is worth acting on.
NewAnswer Engine Insights
See the searches AI engines actually run while answering about you
When an AI engine answers one of your tracked prompts, it often runs its own follow-up searches behind the scenes. We now capture those sub-questions - at no extra cost, since they were already in the responses we pay for - and grade them against your Search Console coverage, right in the prompt detail drawer, so you can see which real retrieval queries you do and don't rank for.
NewAnswer Engine Insights
Prompt Discovery: find the questions your buyers actually ask
A new Discover panel in the Prompt Designer ranks topics by real demand - your Search Console queries from the last 90 days (with brand and already-tracked queries filtered out), plus the "People also ask" questions from Google and the related questions Perplexity returns. Each suggestion shows its demand and intent, and you can turn any of them into a tracked prompt in one click. The Perplexity source runs on every plan.
NewAnswer Engine Insights
Content Studio now writes the full draft and publishes it to WordPress
Content Studio used to stop at an outline; it now generates a complete, publish-ready article written with AEO best practices baked in, and a Send to WordPress button pushes the reviewed draft straight to your site as a draft post. Two new panels keep you honest: a citation benchmark that scores your draft against the pages AI engines actually cite for the topic, and citation-lift attribution that tracks whether a published piece earned you AI citations (and traffic) for the prompts it targeted. Draft generation and WordPress publishing are on the Growth plan and above.
NewAnswer Engine Insights
Answer Engine Insights: are you in Perplexity's index but not its answers?
A new panel on the Citations tab compares the prompts where your site is in Perplexity's search index against the ones where it actually gets cited in the answer - the gap between being findable and being chosen. It includes a competitor scoreboard and feeds your Citation Opportunities list, marking targets that are already in the index so you know where authority, not crawlability, is the thing to fix.
NewAI Ads
AI Ads: measure at every level, and import your existing ChatGPT Ads
AI Ads now syncs metrics down to the ad-group and ad level, with average CPC and CPM, and every ad group and ad gets a View Insights drill-down. A Conversions panel attributes lead form submissions back to the paid ChatGPT clicks that produced them. And if you already run ChatGPT Ads, we import your existing ad groups and ads so the whole account shows up, not just what you create here.
ImprovementAI Ads
AI Ads: rejected ads get flagged, and funnel coverage at a glance
A rejected ad silently stops serving, so we now call it out on the Overview and let you filter the Ads tab down to just the rejected and in-review ones - the fix is to edit and resubmit. The Ads Advisor leads with operational issues now (rejected ads, campaigns that can't deliver, single-ad ad groups) rather than setup tips. And you can tag campaigns by funnel stage (TOFU / MOFU / BOFU) to see spend-weighted coverage on the Overview, with the stage auto-suggested from each campaign's name.
NewAI Ads
AI Ads: preview your ad as you write it
The create and edit ad forms now show a live preview of your ad as a ChatGPT sponsored card, updating as you type and using your brand name and logo. Inline creative checks flag headline and body length and nudge you toward a clear call to action, and you can upload your own creative image or swap it later. Ad thumbnails and hover previews also appear right in the Ads table.
NewAI Ads
AI Ads: duplicate, clone, and filter across your whole account
Duplicate any campaign, ad group, or ad into a paused "(copy)" - a campaign clones its full tree, and an ad clones into its own group, which is the quickest way to set up an A/B test. New cross-tab filtering lets you jump from a campaign to just its ad groups, or an ad group to just its ads, with a clear filter chip you can remove. Anything you create or clone starts paused, so there's never any surprise spend.
ImprovementAI Ads
AI Ads: manage every campaign, ad group, and ad inline
The Campaigns tab gains a Type column (Reach or Clicks), a per-row menu (View insights, Edit, Archive), and a centered Edit modal for name, locations, and budget. Ad groups and ads get the same edit treatment, every entity table has a bulk Activate / Pause / Archive bar, and you can now create an ad group or ad on its own. Managing campaign state stays limited to owners and admins.
ImprovementAI Ads
AI Ads, rebuilt: a four-tab manager that mirrors ChatGPT Ads
AI Ads is now organized the way ChatGPT Ads itself is - four tabs for Overview, Campaigns, Ad Groups, and Ads - with dense, sortable tables and a per-row active toggle. A new Create Campaign wizard matches ChatGPT's own form (objective, locations, and a daily or total budget) and warns before you discard an in-progress draft, and a + Create menu also lets you import from Google Ads. Old AI Ads bookmarks redirect to the new tabs automatically.
NewPlatform
Meet your Advisors: prescriptive next steps in every module
Every module now has an Advisor, a panel in the bottom-right that turns your data into specific guidance: an observation, a suggestion, and a link to act on it. Five advisors work across the product - the Analytics Advisor (what changed across your sources, plus a weekly read), the AEO Advisor (your highest-impact fixes), the Insights Advisor (visibility drops and citation gaps), the Ads Advisor (site-readiness gaps for ChatGPT Ads), and the Automation Advisor (pipeline health and pending reviews). They advise; you decide - we never change a budget or campaign for you.

AI Analytics 2.0: a cross-source insight layer in five focused tabs
AI Analytics is rebuilt to sit on top of the stack you already use - GA4, Search Console, Bing, your AI referral and bot data, and your AEO scores - and layer those sources together instead of giving each one its own tab. There are five tabs now: Overview (glance KPIs with week-over-week deltas plus a "What changed" feed), Traffic (your GA4 channels with AI carved out and reconciled against our own tracking), Pages, Conversions, and Connections. Old AI Analytics bookmarks redirect to the new tabs automatically.
NewAI Analytics
Page Intelligence: one cross-source profile for every page
The new Pages tab builds a single profile for each URL, joining GA4 sessions and conversions, AI referral visits, Search Console clicks, impressions and position, Bing, and the page's latest AEO score into one sortable, searchable table with a per-page drill-down. It surfaces what no single tool can: a page that ranks in search but draws no AI traffic, one that draws traffic but never converts, or one that has never been audited.
NewAI Analytics
Connections: see which of your metrics move together
A new tab time-aligns your daily metrics and surfaces conservative, period-scoped relationships - search demand against AI traffic, AI crawls against AI traffic, paid against organic AI. The chart is always shown as the evidence; we point out a relationship, never claim it caused anything. Pairs without enough data are left out automatically.
NewAnswer Engine Insights
Citation Opportunities: turn citation gaps into an outreach plan
The sources AI engines cite for your competitors but not for you are now an action list. Citation Opportunities, on the Answer Engine Insights Citations tab, ranks those domains and gives each one an acquisition playbook. Mark one as acquired and we log it to your change journal with baseline metrics, so its effect on your citation share and AI traffic is tracked automatically over the following weeks.
NewAI Ads
AI Ads now links your paid campaigns to organic AI visibility
Two new cross-product views. On the Create tab, the prompts where competitors get cited and you don't become ChatGPT Ads context hints you can launch against, so you can target the AI conversations you're losing organically even without a Google Ads account. And every campaign drill-down gains an "Organic lift around launch" panel that compares your organic citation share and AI referral traffic in the window before and after launch. It's correlation shown with the chart as evidence, never a spend recommendation.
ImprovementAI Ads
AI Ads Overview: period-over-period deltas and a sortable campaigns table
The AI Ads Overview now shows period-over-period change on each KPI (impressions, clicks, CTR, and spend), a sortable campaigns table so you can rank by spend or performance, and plain-English tooltips on every metric. Campaign drill-downs pick up the same deltas.
NewIntegrations
Connect Bing Webmaster Tools
Add your Bing Webmaster Tools API key in Settings → Integrations to pull Bing search clicks, impressions, CTR, and your top queries and pages alongside Google Search Console. Once connected, a Bing summary card joins the Google one on your dashboard home, and Bing data flows into Page Intelligence so every page shows both search engines side by side.
NewAI Analytics
Weekly AI Intelligence: what changed across your sources, and why
A weekly, AI-written brief reads your whole picture - AI visibility, AI referral and crawl traffic, search demand, GA4 sessions, and ad performance - and tells you what moved week over week and the most likely reason, grounded in the changes you logged that week. Open it from the AI Analytics Overview, and read the same summary as "This Week's Read" at the top of your Weekly Update email and Slack.
ImprovementAI Automation
AI Automation Schedule: one master switch and clearer weekly jobs
The Schedule tab now puts a per-website master toggle over three clearly named weekly jobs - Weekly AEO Scan, Weekly Prompt Run, and Weekly AI Analysis - each with its own day picker. Turn the master off and all three pause for that website. Changes save automatically, so there's no Save button to remember.
ImprovementIntegrations
We now flag a Search Console or Analytics sync that has gone stale
If a connected Google Search Console or Analytics 4 integration stops syncing, Settings → Integrations shows an amber "Sync delayed" state with a Sync now button once the data is more than two days old, and your Weekly Update email and Slack lead with a "Data sync delayed" warning. It catches a quietly stalled sync that a healthy "Connected" badge would otherwise hide.
ImprovementAI Automation
Scheduled automation moved to dedicated infrastructure, and the weekly AEO scan goes deep
Your scheduled work - weekly prompt runs, the weekly AEO scan, and weekly updates - now runs on dedicated cloud scheduling and a heavy-duty worker. The weekly AEO scan is now a full deep per-page crawl rather than a quick check, and large prompt runs complete without timing out.
ImprovementAI Analytics
Every AI Analytics metric now has a plain-English, SEO-equivalent tooltip
Each KPI on the AI Analytics Overview has an info tooltip that explains what it means and its closest traditional-search equivalent - AI Referral Visits read like organic search traffic, AI Ad Visits like paid search clicks, and AI bot crawls like Search Console crawl stats - so the AI-era numbers map onto the stack you already know.
ImprovementPlatform
Cancel your subscription right from the billing page
Settings → Billing now has an in-app cancel flow for both trials and paid plans, with a confirmation that spells out when access ends, so you no longer have to open the Stripe portal. Deleting your organization now cancels its subscription first, so you're never billed for an org you've already removed.
FixAnswer Engine Insights
Platform filter now includes Grok, Meta AI, and Microsoft Copilot
The platform filter on Answer Engine Insights silently ignored the Grok, Meta AI, and Microsoft Copilot options, so selecting them didn't actually narrow the view. They filter correctly now, and the dropdown fits every engine without scrolling.
ImprovementAnswer Engine Insights
Edit a prompt's wording inline on the Prompts tab
The Answer Engine Insights Prompts tab now has an inline edit pencil for changing a prompt's text in place. We also removed the older "Optimize in Studio" pencil from those rows, which was easy to mistake for an edit control.
ImprovementAnswer Engine Insights
Prompt Designer: the Low Visibility and Negative Sentiment filters now work
The Low Visibility and Negative Sentiment chips on the Prompt Designer were inactive placeholders since launch. They're live now: Low Visibility narrows the table to prompts averaging under 30% visibility over the last 30 days, and Negative Sentiment to prompts with negative average sentiment over the same window.
FixAnswer Engine Insights
Google AI Overviews no longer counts a no-show as a miss
When Google chooses not to render an AI Overview for a query, we now skip it instead of recording it as a visibility miss, so your Google AI Overviews numbers reflect only the answers that actually appeared.
FixPlatform
Fixed a signup loop that could strand a new account on step 1
A newly created account with an active trial could be bounced back to the first onboarding step, and a rare race during signup could create a duplicate organization or a second checkout. Signup now re-checks your membership and subscription at the moment you submit, so you land in your workspace reliably.
NewAI Ads
Launch ChatGPT Ads campaigns end-to-end, without leaving AI-Advisors
With your ChatGPT Ads account connected, you can build and launch a campaign directly from the AI Ads Create tab, and prefill it from the Google Ads converter's output in one click. You can also launch an ad straight from any prompt on the Answer Engine Insights Prompts table, so a prompt you're losing organically becomes a campaign in a few clicks. Available on the Growth plan and above.
FixPlatform
Dashboard KPI counters no longer freeze at zero
A timing bug could leave the animated KPI numbers on the dashboard stuck at 0 instead of counting up to their real values. They animate to the correct number again.
NewAnswer Engine Insights
Citation Lift from Paid Campaigns: see whether your ChatGPT Ads moved organic visibility
When a ChatGPT Ads campaign goes live, we automatically benchmark your organic citation share, then compare it to the 7 days after launch. The new "Citation Lift from Paid Campaigns" panel on Answer Engine Insights, Citations tab shows each campaign with its before and after share plus delta. Same campaign launches also appear as vertical markers on the trend charts in AI Analytics and AEO so you can spot cause-and-effect at a glance. No other AI marketing platform ties paid spend to organic visibility this way, because they don't have AEO, AI Ads, and AEI in one stack.
ImprovementAI Ads
AI Ads simplified to 3 tabs: Overview, Create, Library
The old Plan, Design, Prepare framing read as "preparing to do something," which felt dissonant for customers actively running campaigns. New structure: Overview for live performance, Create for the Google Ads to ChatGPT Ads converter plus mockup generator plus budget plus readiness checks (everything that was Plan and Design), Library for saved designs plus drafts plus bid suggestions. Old bookmarks redirect permanently to the new paths so nothing 404s.
NewAI Ads
AI Ads is live: connect your ChatGPT Ads account end-to-end
Plug your OpenAI Advertiser API key into Settings, Integrations, install the Measurement Pixel via one-click GTM (or paste the snippet manually), and the AI Ads module lights up. The rebuilt Overview shows real impressions, clicks, CTR, and spend on a multi-metric chart with clickable campaign cards. Click any campaign to drill into a per-campaign view with status pills, an ads grid, and one-click Pause, Activate, or Archive. Daily sync via Vercel cron plus a manual "Sync now" button keep the data fresh.
NewAI Analytics
Conversions tab is honest now: real ChatGPT Ads conversion attribution
The AI Analytics, Conversions tab used to apologize with "Conversion attribution coming soon" because we didn't track the click-to-submit step. Now the tracking snippet detects lead-shaped form submissions on your site (real submit button, no password or search fields, not inside nav or header chrome) and attributes them back to the paid AI visit that produced them. The tab shows Conversions, Conversion rate, and Cost per conversion alongside the existing Spend and Visits captured KPIs, plus a Top Converting Forms breakdown. No site changes required if our tracking snippet is already installed.
ImprovementAEO
AEO audit refresh for the 2026 retrieval landscape
The Answer Engine Optimization audit gained 5 new checks targeting the visibility killers that emerged in the last six months: a JavaScript-rendering check that catches when AI crawlers fetch your site and see empty content (the #1 visibility killer in 2026), a firewall-overlay check that catches silent WAF blocks robots.txt cannot see, and three schema checks for entity graph depth and connectivity. A new cross-product recommendation also flags any Tier 3 or Tier 4 stale pages currently winning AI citations for your tracked prompts, so you can refresh them before competitors catch up.
NewAnswer Engine Insights
Meta AI joined Answer Engine Insights
Now measures your brand visibility on Meta AI alongside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok. Available as an Enterprise-included model or as a paid add-on on Starter and Growth. Brings the measured engine count to 6 plus Google AI Overviews.
ImprovementAI Automation
Weekly Update gains a "ChatGPT Ads This Week" section
If your org has a connected ChatGPT Ads account with real campaigns running, your weekly email and Slack briefing now includes a paid-performance section. Shows spend, impressions, clicks, and CTR for the week with delta vs. the previous 7 days, your top ad by CTR and top by spend, and a pending-review nudge if any ads are awaiting OpenAI's approval. Surfaces the same data the AI Ads Overview shows, without having to open the dashboard.
NewAI Ads
AI Ads, Create: site readiness pre-check before you launch
New panel at the top of the AI Ads, Create tab flags 4 site-side issues that block or weaken ChatGPT Ads performance: whether OpenAI's OAI-AdsBot is allowed in your robots.txt, whether your firewall (Cloudflare, AWS WAF, or Vercel) silently blocks it, whether Organization schema is present, and whether your entity graph links to authoritative sources via sameAs. Pulls from your latest AEO audit, so no extra audit run is needed. Critical issues get a red badge; schema warnings get amber.
NewAnswer Engine Insights
Grok joined Answer Engine Insights as an Enterprise and add-on engine
Answer Engine Insights now measures your brand visibility on Grok (xAI) alongside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. Available as an Enterprise-included model, or as a paid add-on on Starter and Growth plans. Routes through Google Cloud Vertex AI so usage draws from credits, not paid balance.
ImprovementAnswer Engine Insights
Citations tab relabel: "Top Cited Sources" makes the leaderboard honest
The first card on Answer Engine Insights, Citations was named "Citation Share: How often [your domain] is cited by AI-generated answers," but the bar chart and leaderboard inside it actually showed every domain AI engines cite across your tracked prompts (with your domain highlighted in the list). YouTube ranking #1 was mathematically correct but read as if YouTube was citing you. The section header and the right-side leaderboard are now framed as a full competitive landscape: "Top Cited Sources" plus "Domains AI engines cite when answering your prompts. Your domain is highlighted." The 2.2% headline metric is unchanged. That number IS your specific citation share. No data changed.
ImprovementAI Analytics
AI Analytics → Referral Traffic: cleaner side-by-side chart + leaderboard
The Referral Traffic page used to render two equal-width cards (platforms list left, line chart right). The new layout matches the Answer Engine Insights, Platforms tab: a single dual-panel card with the trend chart on the left (1.3fr) and a Referral Rank leaderboard on the right (1fr) using the same platform badges and styling as the rest of the product. Single-day periods now show a friendly snapshot panel instead of a lonely chart dot.
The tab order on Answer Engine Insights is now Visibility | Prompts | Platforms | Citations | Content | Sentiment (was Visibility | Prompts | Content | Sentiment | Platforms | Citations). The first four tabs are your visibility-and-landscape views (where you stand, what you're tracking, which platforms cite you, which sources they pull from), and the deeper-dive analysis tabs (Content Studio, Sentiment) sit at the end. No content moved between tabs, just the tab order.
NewPlatform
Invite your team during onboarding
After your first AEO scan completes, the onboarding wizard now offers a Team step where you can invite up to three teammates in one shot. Each row defaults to Member (full read access to every dashboard and report) and Admin is one click away on the role dropdown next to each email. Skip-friendly - empty rows are ignored, and the existing branded invite emails go out immediately. You can always invite more later from Settings → Team.
NewAnswer Engine Insights
All 7 LLMs now visible on the Platforms tab - with upgrade prompts
Answer Engine Insights → Platforms tab used to show only the engines included in your plan. Now you see all 7 (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AIO, Microsoft Copilot, Grok) on the Matrix View and every Visibility / SoV / Avg Position / Citation Share / Sentiment leaderboard - with the ones outside your plan grayed out, locked, and one click away from the AI Models page. Locked cells show a dash instead of "0.0%" so a missing platform never looks like missing visibility.
ImprovementPlatform
Settings → AI Models: confirm before removing a paid add-on, clearer billing copy
Removing a paid AI model add-on (like Claude) used to fire on a single click. Now you get a confirm dialog that explains both consequences in plain English: a prorated credit will apply to your next invoice (not a refund), and your historical data for that platform stays accessible if you re-add later - past results show up immediately, no backfill needed. Toast copy on add and remove also spells out the prorated billing impact. Add and Remove are now hidden from members; only owners and admins see those actions.
FixAnswer Engine Insights
Prompt Designer: Claude icon now shows in the Platforms column
If you had the Anthropic Claude add-on (or Enterprise plan), Claude was running for your prompts but the per-prompt Platforms column on the Prompt Designer didn't include it - the column listed only ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AIO. Now reflects exactly which engines run for your plan and add-ons. Side benefit: Google AIO no longer appears for Starter plans where it isn't actually running.
FixAnswer Engine Insights
Prompt Designer: bulk-paste topic dropdown stays inside the modal
On the Prompt Designer's bulk upload → paste-list flow, the Topic dropdown opened off the right edge of the modal because the trigger button sits at the modal's right edge. The dropdown now opens left from the trigger so it stays cleanly inside the dialog.
ImprovementIntegrations
Connecting Search Console, Analytics 4, or Tag Manager: no extra clicks after sign-in
After completing the Google sign-in flow for Search Console, Analytics 4, or Tag Manager, you now land directly on the Integrations tab with the right card already showing its account picker. Same flow Google Ads has had since launch. No more landing on a generic Settings page and clicking Configure a second time to finish setup.
ImprovementAI Ads
AI Ads now opens to a paid-spend Overview - a true 4-tab launchpad
AI Ads is now a 4-tab workflow: Overview | Plan | Design | Prepare. The new Overview is the default landing page and shows your live Google Ads activity - a 4-tile KPI strip (Impressions, Clicks, CTR, Spend), Daily Performance chart, Top Campaigns by Spend, and a Paid vs AI traffic comparison so you can see your paid clicks and spend next to your AI bot crawls and AI referral visits in one view. Date range picker on the Overview header. The full module now reads end-to-end: see your current paid spend, plan ChatGPT Ads from your top keywords, design the creative, prepare to launch. Note: AI Analytics no longer has a standalone Google Ads tab - those metrics moved here.
Three improvements to the ChatGPT Ads mockup builder. Mobile preview is now the default, since that's how ChatGPT mobile ads will surface. The AI response inside the mockup now renders proper ChatGPT-style markdown - bold copy and superscript citation chips ([1], [2]) instead of the raw asterisks and brackets it used to show. And there's a new Export CSV action alongside Export PNG and Save Design - export the current design's headline, description, and CTA URL, or use the Prepare tab's bulk Export CSV to grab every saved design at once.
ImprovementPlatform
Plan rebalance: more on Starter, more seats on Growth
Three changes landed today. Starter now includes Google Search Console, Google Sheets export (one-shot + weekly sync to your Drive), JSON export, and Content Studio brief generation (1 draft/week) - all of which used to require Growth. Growth's team cap goes from 5 seats to 10, applied automatically to existing Growth subscriptions at no additional charge. And the AI Automation weekly run now respects your Content Studio drafts/week cap so the queue can't silently push you over your plan limit.
ImprovementPlatform
Connect Google Ads during onboarding
The onboarding Connect step now offers Google Ads alongside Search Console, Analytics 4, and Tag Manager. Tick the box during the unified Google sign-in, pick your Google Ads account when prompted, and you finish onboarding with the connection already wired - no separate trip to Settings → Integrations afterward. Growth plan and above.
NewAnswer Engine Insights
Turn your Google Ads keywords into tracked AI prompts
Once you've connected Google Ads, a new "Google Ads" tab appears in Answer Engine Insights. It lists your top-spend keywords ranked by cost and shows which ones are already tracked in AI Visibility. Click "✦ Ask AI Advisor" on any untracked keyword (or bulk-suggest for the top 20) to generate AI prompts derived from that keyword's intent, complete with rationale explaining why each prompt was suggested. Review, select, save - the prompts join your AEI tracking with source attribution back to the originating keyword.
NewAI Ads
Convert your Google Ads campaigns into ChatGPT Ads drafts
The AI Ads Plan tab is now a working converter, not a placeholder. Pick campaigns from your connected Google Ads account (or paste keywords manually), click ✦ Ask AI Advisor, and you get back a Convertibility score, a verdict, per-keyword "Context Hint" cards explaining how each keyword's intent translates to AI search, headline rewrites, and negative-keyword candidates. Save the result to your library - saved campaigns appear in the Prepare tab with a one-click "Design creative" link that prefills the Design tab so you can build the matching mockup. Growth plan and above.
NewAI Analytics
Google Ads sub-page in AI Analytics
A new Google Ads tab appears in AI Analytics once you connect Google Ads. It shows a 4-tile KPI strip (Impressions, Clicks, CTR, Spend), daily performance over your selected date range, top campaigns by spend, and a paid-vs-AI traffic comparison strip that puts your Google Ads clicks and spend side-by-side with your AI bot crawls and AI referral visits in the same window. Deep-links into Bot Activity and Referral Traffic let you jump from the comparison view straight to the AI side of the picture.
NewIntegrations
Connect Google Ads to AI-Advisors
Google Ads is now in Settings → Integrations alongside Search Console, Analytics 4, and Tag Manager. Connect your Google Ads account through the standard Google sign-in flow, pick which account to sync, and your keyword and ad-copy data is ready to power the next wave of features: AI search prompt generation from your highest-performing keywords, ChatGPT Ads campaign drafts converted from your Google Ads campaigns, and competitor discovery suggestions. Read-only access - we never modify your campaigns. Available on Growth and Enterprise plans.

NewAI Analytics
OAI-AdsBot tracking for ChatGPT Ads landing-page validation
OpenAI's OAI-AdsBot is the crawler that validates landing pages before ChatGPT Ads campaigns can run. AI Analytics now detects and categorizes these visits separately from search and training crawlers, and the Bot Access Checker tool surfaces them in a dedicated "Ad Validation" group with a tailored robots.txt allow rule. If you're running or planning to run ChatGPT Ads, you'll see the validator in your bot visit logs and can verify your site is configured to let it through. Blocking it breaks ad validation but not AI search visibility - the recommendation copy in the Bot Access Checker now spells out exactly which crawlers do what.
ImprovementAEO
Kanban scope at a glance: site-wide vs page-specific
Every card on the AEO Recommendations Board now tells you at a glance whether a task affects the whole site or specific pages. Site-level cards get a "Site-wide" badge alongside Impact and Category. Page-level cards preview the first affected path inline (for example, "/blog/aeo-vs-seo and 2 more"). No more clicking into a card to find out where a task applies.
ImprovementAnswer Engine Insights
Run All Prompts: faster, scalable, no timeouts, live progress
Clicking Run All Prompts on the AEI Prompts page used to choke when many prompts ran in parallel: the request could time out after two minutes and leave you wondering if any results were saved. Now the work runs asynchronously on Google Cloud Run infrastructure, returns instantly, and the button shows real-time progress (e.g. '12 of 30') while the prompts execute. The full run completes regardless of how long it takes, and the new architecture scales cleanly to the 100-prompt Growth plan max and beyond.
NewAEO
Open a Quick Win tool straight from a Board card
Cards on the AEO Recommendations Board for llms.txt, robots.txt, FAQ schema, and page speed checks now have a Use tool button. Click it and the matching Quick Win tool opens in a right-side panel, already pre-filled with your domain and brand name. No more jumping between pages to find the right tool - the rec and the fix are one click apart.
NewAEO
Assign AEO Recommendations to team members
Every recommendation on the Board can be assigned to someone on your team. Avatar shows up on the card; click to reassign. New "Assignee" filter lets you see only your recs, only unassigned ones, or anyone else's. On a solo workspace, new recs auto-assign to you; on a team, they default to unassigned so anyone can claim them.
NewAEO
See the AEO score impact before you do the work
New "Projected Impact" widget in the Board sidebar shows exactly how much your AEO score would move if you completed the top 3 open recommendations. Built on the same weighted scoring engine the real audit uses - not an estimate. Complete the recs, re-run the audit, and the projected number matches what you actually get.
NewAEO
Kanban Board view for AEO Recommendations
New Board toggle on the Action Plan page alongside "By issue type" and "By page." Three columns (Pending / In Progress / Completed) plus a Dismissed row, drag-and-drop between columns, right-side detail sheet, filters for Priority / Category / Search, and a progress donut. Live-updates across browser tabs via Supabase Realtime - take an action in one tab, watch it appear in another within a second. Queue fixes to WordPress directly from the card; the plugin auto-moves the card to Completed when it applies the fix.

Weekly Delivery now shows what you completed last week
Your Monday email and Slack weekly update now include a "Completed Recommendations" section - the top 5 AEO recs you (or your WordPress plugin) shipped in the past 7 days, grouped by recommendation so broadly-applied fixes read as single achievements ("Add FAQ schema - completed on 3 pages"). Sets up the cause-effect loop between the work you did and the score change you see. Three empty-state branches cover the "nothing completed last week, start here" nudge and the celebration when your site's in great shape.

Sentiment Themes: smart diagnostic + Early Signals when data is thin
Previously the Themes panel just said "Not enough data" with no context. It now tells you exactly which of four cases you're in (no runs, no mentions, all neutral, or no repeated phrases yet) and what to do about it. When mentions exist but themes haven't formed, a new Early Signals panel shows up to 5 recent AI responses where your brand was mentioned - so the section is never empty while you have data.
FixAnswer Engine Insights
Sentiment Themes: fixed a silent bug that prevented themes from ever showing
A long-standing bug caused theme extraction to return nothing regardless of underlying data - the full-response text themes are built from was never being loaded on the Sentiment tab. Themes now populate correctly once you have enough sentiment-loaded mentions across your prompts.

Prompt Designer: inline topic, funnel stage, and tags when adding prompts
The "Add a new prompt..." row on the Prompt Designer now mirrors the column layout - you can pick topic, funnel stage, and tags from dropdowns while typing the prompt text, instead of adding first and editing afterward. A new Funnel Stage column also sits between Topic and Tags so you can see and override the stage of every prompt inline.
ImprovementAnswer Engine Insights
Prompt Designer: search-and-create combobox on Topic + Tag dropdowns
Topic and Tag dropdowns on the Prompt Designer now include a search input - type to filter existing options, or hit "+ Create" to make a new one on the spot without leaving the dropdown. Custom tags you add stay discoverable across every prompt row. Matches the Linear/Notion/Figma combobox pattern.

AI provider logos everywhere - larger, consistent, never letter initials
Every place that shows an AI platform (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Grok, Google AI Overviews) now uses the same size and the real provider logo. Previously some surfaces - like response viewers on Sentiment and URL Details - rendered letter initials in a colored square. Visible on Analytics, Answer Engine Insights Platforms tab, Prompt Designer, tooltips, and response cards throughout the app.

Source Gaps: see where competitors get cited and you don't
A new Source Gaps view in Answer Engine Insights surfaces the prompts where a competitor got cited but your brand didn't - ranked by gap score (weighted toward decision-stage BOFU prompts). Click any row to generate a content brief targeting the gap. A summary card on the Citations tab shows your top 3 gaps with a link to the full list.
NewAnswer Engine Insights
URL Details: click any cited page for a deep dive
Every URL in the Top Citation Pages table is now a clickable link to a dedicated drill-down page. See retrievals over time, citation rate by AI model (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity), which prompts cause the page to surface, and the 5 most recent AI responses that cited it - all filtered by your current date range.

Funnel Visibility with stage cards on Home and Answer Engine Insights
Both the Home dashboard and Answer Engine Insights now show Funnel Visibility as a 2-column layout - the funnel widget on the left with stage-colored bands (TOFU blue, MOFU purple, BOFU brand teal), and stage cards on the right showing prompt count, visibility %, period-over-period delta, and top-performing prompt for each stage. Hover either side to highlight the match. The AEI version also surfaces a diagnostic line below with a gap-fill CTA.

Generate stage-targeted prompts for your weakest funnel stage
When your funnel shows a weak stage, click "Generate 5 BOFU prompts" (or MOFU / TOFU - whichever is weakest) to have AI draft stage-targeted prompts for your brand. A preview sheet slides in so you can edit, delete, regenerate, or confirm before anything saves. Nothing persists until you approve.

"Alerts" tab renamed to "Delivery" in AI Automation
The tab previously named Alerts is now called Delivery - more accurate now that it governs three weekly delivery channels (email, Slack, Google Sheets) instead of just notifications. Your existing email and Slack settings stay exactly where they were.

Buttons now tell you when something fails (no more silent spinners)
Deep Scan, Run Now, Optimize in Studio, Gap-fill generator, Prompt Designer generation, and ~15 other action buttons used to silently fail when something went wrong on the server - leaving you with a spinner that never stopped. Every one of those paths now surfaces a specific error toast within a second or two telling you what happened and what to do next. If you ever see a spinner hang for more than 10 seconds, it's a real bug now (please tell us).

Your brand, front and center: workspace chip + per-website logos
The top of the sidebar now shows the logo and name of the website you're viewing - click to switch between your websites, add a new one, or jump into settings. Each website can have its own logo (auto-captured from your domain's favicon, or uploadable on the website settings page). Across every chart, leaderboard, and citation list, your own brand renders with your logo instead of a generic favicon.
